and NSW DPI
you agree to keep the data confidential and that data within will not
be copied, transferred or provided in any form, in whole or in part, to
any third party persons or organisations, unless otherwise authorised in
writing by NSW DPI
any publications, maps or reports that contain the data or a summary
and/or statistics of the data must be approved in writing by NSW DPI before
they are released outside of the LCA, LLS or NSW DPI
you shall use adequate security measures to protect the data from
unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution or publication.
By accessing the data, you agree to the above and will abide by the conditions. In addition, by also providing data, you also agree to the above and accept that such data can be used by any LCA, LLS or NSW DPI, or by third parties under data sharing arrangements approved in writing by NSW DPI.
